COVID-19 Announcement 

Dear Cali Kulture Customers,

As you know, the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic is impacting all our families, employees, businesses and the community. 

Meanwhile, we are making all reasonable efforts to support our employees, their families, our local communities, as well as our customers and business community, and continue to serve our customers with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail that you expect from Cali Kulture.

Our first priority is – as always – the health, safety, and well-being of all our employees, customers, vendors and partners, and the broader community.

In California, we are taking all appropriate steps to comply with the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20, so our cash and carry operations will be closed to the public until further notice. However, we will continue serving you through shipping and phone orders that will be processed by calling 213-341-7936 or through e-mail at [email protected] 

We are doing everything possible to deliver our high-quality products with the same level of care and attention that our customers and community expect from Cali Kulture.

Please understand that you may experience some delays in shipment and delivery due to the current circumstances as we do whatever is necessary, in compliance with federal, state, and local directives, to support the health, safety, and well-being of our team. 


Can I still pick-up my order?

We will ONLY be shipping orders.

How can I pay for my order?
 

We will ONLY be accepting pre-paid orders.
Please call to make payments and schedule pick-up/shipping options.


Will there be shipping delays?

Shipped orders MAY experience some delays.

In order to comply with federal, state, and local directives, to support the health, safety and well-being of our team, there may be shipping delays. In addition, staffing for delivery services may have been impacted by federal, state, and local directives.


Will Cali Kulture’s hours and availability be the same?

Availability MAY be affected.
Due to Executive Order N-33-20, staffing will be affected. We value the safety and health of our employees and customers. We will continue to communicate through phone and email to update the status of orders, shipping statuses, and our availability. We will also make sure to communicate our current hours and staffing, and when they will return to normal operational hours.

Is Cali Kulture taking any special precautions?

Yes
, we are taking special precautions by following CDC guidelines and procedures.
This includes proper disinfection of facilities and inventory.
We are also encouraging employees to stay home if they feel unwell.
